I need help

Someone please help me...i have been separated from my husband for 1 1/2 years. He filed for divorce over a year ago, & we went to court feb of 2009 for temp. Orders. We have 3 kids together & he was ordered to pay child support. I got temp custody of the kids. Two weeks later he quit his job, & now owes 9,000 in back support. He quit paying his attorney, so i hired my own, but since his lawyer is still owed money everytime my attorney tries to get a court date for a final hearing his attorney files for a continuance. This has been going on for almost a year now. Is there any way to get a divorce from this dead beat??

Honestly? Let your attorney take care of it. His attorney will eventually bow out (attorneys do like to be paid for their services!).

I would agree, patience is a virtue. I know it is difficult but you have to be patient.
