I couldn't find anything precise In am In GA I don t think that my county/city really matters does it?

besides it's not just me and I am not a single parent. my gf who is the mother of the child is with me, we are not married for financial reasons. And I would love to look for a roommate but my slumlord tried to charge a friend of mine who visited for 3 days 500 dollars saying he was there for 3 months So basicly anyone we try to get as a roommate he will try to charge them, I dont even know if that is legal. Also i have a month-to-month lease, i have proof of it but the landlord is claiming we have no lease, I also have my little brother with me because he cannot live on his own, he helps with bills but even with his money we cant pay all the bills. GF doesnt have a job because the last time she had one I was taking her back and forth to work then i got into an accident. and now she is recovery from having her galbladder removed.
