hi! can you help me?

my friend got a ticket mailed to him from a radar light. but actually he lent his brothers friend the vehicle. which in fact...there was pictures in the mailed ticket showing that the driver and was not him. (they had to of issued the ticket by the drivers lic. number) how does anyone go about fixing this problem without going to court and/or do we need to hire an attorney for this to be dismissed? please help...

Usually you can send in a copy of your drivers license with a statement that you are not the driver. Check the information with the ticket. Be sure to keep a copy of everything.
