i wondering if someone can help me get a divorce i cant pay for it for the simple fact i am not working right now the story is my hubby is to controling so i left him after he put me in jail he has my son now right now he is putting that over my head that he has my son he is threating to turn off my cellphone so i do not have no contact with my child i was wondering if he can do that i am screaming for help someone help please..please get back to me my email is cherrie_lips_2008@yahoo.com my name is manuela engel

If hes paying the cell phone bill yes he can turn it off. You need a court order for custody, visitation and support. Filing for Divorce has its cost however many courts have programs for those with little or no income. Ask the Court Clerk about "Waiver of fees" or something similar
