Hello Everyone, Please Help!!
On September Of 2005 I Left To Mexico, But Before Leaving, I Left My Bedroom Set At The House Where I Was Renting A Room With This Lady. The Lady Offered To Take Care Of My Bedroom Set, So That I Would Live There When I Returned From Mexico. I Hesitated A Bit Because I Warned Her That I Would Be Staying In Mexico For About A Year, But She Insisted That I Leave My Bedroom Set There Because It Would Not Be In Her Way At All. When I Came Back In September 2006, I Went Back To The House I Was Living In And To My Surprise She Tells Me That She Has Sold My Bedroom Set Because She Needed The Money. So When I Tell Her That Now She Has To Pay Me For The Bedroom Set, She Refuses Saying That She Had To Do What She Had To Do Because The Bedroom Set Was On Her Property. So Now I Am Without A Bedroom Set And Without The Money I Deserve For Her Idiotic Actions. Before Taking This To Court, I Would Like To Know If I Have A Chance Of Winning My Case. The Only Agreement We Made Was Verbal, Though She Acknowledges Her Wrong Doings, But Refuses To Pay For Her Mistake.
