You can't force him out legally. Only a court order can do that.
1. Divorce.
2. Offer him money to move out.
3. You move out.

If your dad owns the home, ask your dad to evict him.
You can't evict him, unless there is a lease with your name ONLY on the lease.
Its so much easier to have your father bring the eviction action.

But, evictions aren't as easy in Michigan as they are in other states.
Michigan has five general grounds under which the right person can bring an eviction action.

Under Michigan eviction laws, tenants can potentially be evicted for failing to pay the rent, for intentionally destroying or damaging the rental property, for breaching the covenants spelled out in the lease agreement, for engaging in illegal activities on the rental premises, or for creating a health hazard on the rental property.
