Parole, Probation, Release I want my son home

my son has never been in trouble before he is fifthteen years old he has been charged with robbery and has been in juvenille for two weeks i want him to come home on a ankle monitor his court date is Monday ?

I suggest you hire him an attorney. If you're unable to do so, request the court appoint him a public defender and discuss your concerns with the PD.

Your best bet is to get him a lawyer as suggested - he will need one. If you can afford one, get him one now. If not, ask the court if they will appt. a public defender for him. The lawyer/PD will go over your sons options with you & your son.
