I am in a year lease and we got 3 months free. We chose the first 3 months free. The lease is up in June. My boyfriend and I are in a bad relationship and he is a bad alcoholic. How can I get my name off this lease if he refuses to release me.

You can ask the landlord if you can buy your way out of the lease.
