my husband and I have a court order for joint custody he has resident cause at the time I did not have my own place. well he has not notified me of any doctor appoinment or any health issues I find out later on.(court order was made 2 years ago). recently I have had more isues. almost 3weeks a go he let our 4yr old out side to play without supervision she ended up four apartments down in a strangers apartment, I was notified by my x 2 hrs afterwards cause he wanted to know if it ever happen with me of course not.(who leaves a 4yr old by them self outside) and last weekend after my visitation time i took her back to his apartments he did not answer I call his phone 6times and knock loud I waited 15minute be fore I decided to take her back home and left a message stating I was taking her home due to no.answer when he wanted to call me to get her. it took an hour before he called and another hour before he came and got her. hes excuse was he took a nap cause he figured I'd want her longer due to it being mother's day(never discussed this before)he I want my child safe please any advice, I'm trying to get a lawyer by I can't afford one.
