I have never been a violent man, but the night in question, I just found out my Dad was having Major Lung Surgery 2 hrs before and was stressed about it, and then I see her phone and realize she's been talking to another man, and then her son asked me a smart ass question and we got into a Verbal only dispute then I (alone) went to my bedroom broke my Guitar and a jar of peanuts in the room alone, and then I hugged and kissed my girlfriend and left the residence. An hr later she called and said she was droggy and didnt feel good so I worried about her and came back to find her and her van was still in drive and she was gone, so her being a Type 1 Diabetic I was more worried, so I found an Officer to help find her and when we did find her she was with her exhusband, and she made a report and they arrested me on Domestic Assault for causing fear of imment injury and she left residence on foot due to fear(She did not leave, I did). She said she doesnt want to push it and we want to get back together. What are my odds at 40 years old and first offense and the fact that the officers lied on the arrest warrant about her leaving the residence on foot?

We cannot predict the outcome of a case such as you describe. It is in your best interest to obtain an attorney to defend you against the charges ASAP.

You describe a situation that will likely disappear before it ever gets to court.
If you are not withholding anything then don't worry much about this. If you do have to go to court then just let an attorney deal with it for you. The evidence is likely weak, and as long as you don't say anything stupid there is nowhere for the case to go.
Personally, I would think several times about trying to get back together. This scenarios have a tendency to repeat until someone finally gets tired of going to jail.
