I was fired for failing a Polgraphy Test, I told the truth

I was fired for failing a polgraphy test, I was never call into the office for a follow up on the test, just fired. I fail for unemployment they are fighting it saying i stole 78,000 but they do not know how i stole it they just believe i did it, because i had access. This whole thing fell like a dream to me. I don't have money for a lawyer, but i did file a claim with EEOC and the Department of Labor. Is there anything else i can do. On the letter to the Employment they did a audit and the audit said they have 78,000 missing so they are accussing me of doing, I have no idea what they are talking about. No charges have been file and this has happen about 1 1/2 months ago. Can someone put so light on this
