I wanted to know what my rights are in the workplace. I was pushed by another employee who is a manager. She physically pushed me and told me I had to leave because I made her mess up three times typing in the computer. I filed a complaint with our Loss Prevention team who have cameras in the area and could see the confrontation and HR. HR said they would follow up with me. It's been 3 days and I can not physically let this go. I can't think or focus other than on the incident. I went back to work the next day and the employee is still working there. I feel very uncomfortable. Any thoughts or advice?

Yes. Accept the fact that the law does not require that they fire her or even to tell you what action they took. It is none of your business what means of discipline they use.

I would not expect that they automatically fire someone for a "push". You don't say that you fell or were injured so it doesn't seem like it was a violent push. I'm not saying it wasn't inappropriate, but not necessarily to the level of firing someone.
