My supervisor hit me on two occasions. The first time she threw a day planner at me. I reported it to her director and he asked me
"What do you want me to do about it?" to which I responded "It is your job to do somethng. Do it."
Nothing happened.
Then she hit me on the head with a radio, a police style handheld. Both times were before witnesses.
It has been 11 months since the last incident. I have since left the position, but she has yet to be even spoken to about it.
Can I still file a suit?
