My broher is also going to Green Card application in USA. He is in NY. His wife is ready to
sponser him. In 2001, he received a ticket for of $60.00 because of Fare evasion in subway, he paid the ticket by mail.
Question: Does he need to mention it in I- 485 form? If yes, Does this kind of violations create problem in I-485? This is a civil citation. On of the attorny he talked to said that this is a problem. Other attorny said this is not a problem because this is a civil citation.
Could you please help us out? Will be very thanks ful
