Married for 28 yrs., 7 children, husband has income of 84k, I haven't worked in 7 yrs per husbands request.
Filed for divorce Nov 2009, and was granted an order of protection from family violence.
Filed for temporary support Dec 2009. $1000 bi weekly was granted Sep2010.
I complied with husband's attorneys discovery request. I did not make discovery requests because I was focused on temp supt and because there is no debt and no property, I just thought we would settle. His lawyer is 'not entertaining settlement".
There is no hearing pending now. Is it too late for me to file a Notice of Discovery and request my husbands pay stubs and bank records?
