Illegal Repo?

Hello,
I was in a bind for a few months and did'nt pay my car note. (90 days to be exact) I was going there Saturday and I got repo'd on Monday. I received no notice, no phone call, nothing in writing. The dealership said that I now have to pay the car off in full in 7 days or they will resale my car. Is this legal?

Have you actually called the bank to see what you can work out with them?

You migth want to google repo laws in your state.

They probably are not required to give you notice, because people would then hide the vehicle.
