Have a judgement against me from a "Bottom" feeder lawyer who bought the charged off acct from a bank. I guess since I dont work & am not marreied(Even though the scumbag included my name plus Jane Doe in the complaint)He is trying to seize assets which I dont have. For real. No car, home, savings, IRA's, realestate, CD's, property. NOTHING. I live with a room mate at below poverty level, according to the state of AZ, & the sheriff is trying to take things that are my room mates. Can I file a law suit on this Sheriff's office? Request a motion with the court or something? This is one aggressive prick(the A hole suing me) trying to take things I dont even have. I also heard in unofficial terms that I am more than likely, "Judgement proof". Is that a possibilty? No income, no savings, no assets? I have a gold crown.
