Ok.. I need some serious advice. I have a property in Atlanta Ga and it has an illegal tenant. The unit is suppose to be vacant. I need to know what to do because I don't live in the state and found that they have been living in my unit for several months. Do I have to evict her or can I call the police for trespassing? Can immediately call a locksmith and have them change the locks to unit locking her out?
