my step mother had my very sick , elderly Father sign everything he owned into a trust for her. He had Parkinson's Disease. He recently passed away and I would like to know if this trust is legal and can I make her show me the trust. I am not interested in her money but would like some of my family heirlooms, which there are plenty. She has stated she will do with them as she pleases to include give them to non family members or sell it all for money. My father was not mentally capable of making a decison much less sign a trust. If there is any thing I can do, is there a time line. She has stated to me that the trust is irrevocable. I am thinking only if it is legal. He passed in late Feb.
