illegal turn

Hi,

I got a ticket for turnning at the wrong time.. The time said from 9am, and I turned at 8:50am and the cop gave me a ticket.

When I was stopped the officer should me his watch and it was 8:55am and my watch was 9:05.. but he wrote 8:50 on the ticket.

what should I tell the judge to win this case.

I was thinking of telling the judge that my watch said 9:02 but he might say, too bad, my fault.

Since you already admitted you were guilty, then I can't really think of anything.

Sorry for not been cleared,

I turned at 9:05am (based on my watch, and I showed the watch to the officer). But when the cop looked at his watch it was 8:55am. But he wrote 8:50 on the ticket (not sure why)..
