Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication im 19 i received my second MIP in Michigan

me and my friend was walking to the store at about 2 am and we seen a suspicious vehicle uproaching us so we ran turned out to be a cop. long story short i was given a ticket for my 2nd MIP. What are my legal consequences and what should i do besides the obviious...stop drinking?

Plead not guilty, ask for a lawyer (or hire one), do as your attorney says.

isnt it a pretty open n shut case? i mean i was caught red handed theres not really a legitimate legal defense i could use.

You are innocent until and unless the state proves you to be guilty.

There are no "open and shut cases", just defendants who talk too much and convict themselves!
