I live in a large corporate owned apartment complex by a University and live right by the pool, and at night people break in and party and whatnot in the wee hours of the night. The pool is officially closed at 11 so these people are trespassing, however the landlord does nothing about this problem and i have to call the police so I can get some sleep for work. They do nothing to keep people out at night, he kids jump over the fence and have whatever they want at their disposal, meanwhile it is 3 am and I can't get to sleep. Also if these people cause damages I am assuming the cost would be put on the people paying rent. Does implied warranty of habitability include the landlord not controlling their property to where it is just as inconvenient as a shower without hot water?
