I received an improper lane change ticket last month and i am scheduled to go to court next week. The said that I basically forced my way over three different lanes and that i didnt leave one car length of space before i got over. However, I did use my blinker. I plan on pleading not guilty. Do I have a chance? Also I was merging off of the express way and trying to get in the far left lane in my defense i got over one lane at a time.
P.S. He wrote me a ticket for a couple of my rear lights reflecting white. Should I plead guilty to the taillights and fight the moving violation or have my lights repaired and take evidence to court to show the judge?
