in need of immediate help

i have found myself in serious trouble at little fault of mine. I am a high school senior in the state of alabama attending a private school. a month or so ago my study hall teacher threatened to have my face beaten in. i was shocked to hear a person say this to me especially when i have never been suspended nor been in detention. i had a talk with my parents and my dad talk to the principal who simply said he'll look into the matter and did nothing else. on thursday, the same teacher threatened me again because she believed i had a made a noise. i said no and waited til the end of class to talk to her about it. she started yelling and told other students who were walking in that i was yelling at her. our principal refused to hear my side of the story and believed she was right. now, i have been harassed by this teacher for NINE weeks. after this i called her a few times but hung up without saying anything. now she wants to have me arrested for making prank calls. the principal once again has refused to hear my side of the story and has had me suspended for five days. i want to know what i can do? can i do a counter charge of being threatened and harassed by this woman who i have only called a few times and hung up? what else can i do? this woman believes that i called her and left profanity on her answering machine which i have not.

You and your parents must pursue this with the school's principal.

Demand that she prove it. When she cannot, that will discredit her side of the story.

Your parents cannot allow the principal to side with his employee. Your parents must insist that this situation be investigated and resolved or they will pursue legal recourse. They should demand, on your behalf, no further interaction between you and this teacher until the investigation is finished.
