Generally, violating a parenting order does not rise to the level of a criminal charge the FIRST couple of times.
A persistent or serial violator can get himself or herself into criminal difficulties.
Otherwise, its always back to the judge that issued the order to redress the concern.
Final note: Its just silly and idiotic to violate any court order. Its sheer stupidity to serially violate or disobey any court order.
