Income Deduction

I have a court ordered income deduction through the state of florida against my ex husband of 27 years. He had surgery in April of 2008. I have recieved no monies from his employer scince this time. Am I entitled to his disability checks from his Employer? I am single working and not making enough money to pay my rent and utilities on my salary. We do not communicate. Is there any way to recieve money paid to him while he is not working? I would wonder how he survives. If any one here is in the the same perdicament as I am, I would appreciate some feed back. I know theese are tough times, I am working a 40 hour week for $7.50 per hr,, commision selling at a local department store.

I would think you are entitled to a % of his disability checks. Can you call the child support enforcement office?
