Hi

We are looking to buy a co-op in Edison, NJ. The seller had incorrectly put down wrong information on the MLS listing. The co-op fees is $775 per month. Instead, the seller mentioned it as $745 per month in the MLS listing. What are my options? What can I do, as I made all my financial decision and the offer price based on the price of $745 per month.

Thanks

You could simply refuse to do the deal UNLESS the agent ate the thirty bucks.

That said, if an additional thirty bucks is going to cripple your finances, you might want to reconsider the entire purchase.

Some people would pay the extra thirty bucks and never miss a beat.

Your business, your call, Boss.
