Two yrs ago, I bought a single family home w/ related living for my son, his wife & 2 kids and myself with my heritance money. My son & his wife are getting a divorce and I want to know since all of us on are the title and I'm the only one paying the mortgage and all the costs to buy the house, when we sell the house is my daughter-in-law entitled to any of the money after we pay off the mortgage? She hasn't paid anything towards the house payments.
