Criminal Law Informal Probation + Shoplifting

I'm 19 years old. In september of last year, I got a DUI. I recieved three years of informal probation. This last september, I made the stupid mistake of shoplifting from a safeway store. I was tackled in the parking lot by an undercover security guard. He was being rough on me, even after I dropped the goods. I panicked, and hit him back a few times before I was aprehended. I have court on monday, march 6th. I have to answer to charges of petty theft (PC 484/488) and battery (242/243a). Each of them individually have a max sentence of six months. I'm scared of getting deported. Someone help?

The DUI is not a crime of violence nor a CIMT.
The simple battery offense (243a) is not a CIMT, and given the term of imprisonment, not an aggravated felony. The theft offense is a CIMT.
