Inheritance of Annunity

My husband recently placed money into an annunity, whereby we receive a monthly income. The beneficiary on the annunity is his son with POD at time of death. As the spouse do I have any rights in making claim to any part of this annunity in the event of his death??

Unless he specifically states on the will that you are to become partially beneficiary, you won't be able to make the claim.
