My mother passed while i was in prison she willed her condo to me my sister and brother. therse reverse equity in the condo and the mortgage hasn't been paid in 22 months. i made a deal with my mothers sister and grandmother that i would put in 800 dollars a month toward back maintenance if they purchased on short sale. My brother has passed on too with no will it left his monster of a wife with his third. she wont release it! so they will not do the short sale my family wont give me my money back because they want to try and buy after forclosure. am i correct in assuming ill have to leave the condo at the point of foreclosure. is there any way i can purchase without my monster-in-laws approval?
