I have a brother who is deceased and left several savings accounts, my sisiter and I are entiltled to it so I hired a Lawyer who I find out is not the right one for this case because he is not a probate one. He is charging me 1/4of my inheritance, and will not give me full account of all the money there really is. He wants me to sign paper work and have notorized for a 1/3 of the amount I will get but puts no full amount of the money that is in the savings.

Did you have a written contract (usually called a retainer) with the original attorney?
The retainer should describe what you are to be charged, and what work will be done on your behalf.
If you don't have any of that, your current attorney will have a big problem.

Contact and hire a new attorney.
Make sure you ask for and receive a written retainer.
Make sure it spells out exactly what will be done, when it will be done, and what it will cost.
If he/she balks at doing that, don't retain her/his services.
Instruct the new attorney to inform the old attorney that his/her services are no longer needed.
