My big Sister live in Atlanta, my older Brother and I, live in WA. our younger Brothera, have an Inheritance of $600,000 dollars. However another relative, one we don't even know, forged my Sister's handwriting, (who's also the Power of Attorney) toke the $600,000 and bought a house. We don't know anything about recuperating the funds or getting The relative prosecuted or even if we are still elgible for statute of limitations of this crime to recuperate the funds or put his ass in jail! Provably, BOTH! Becaue it was in our Aunt's will for us, not the relative.

I doubt that you'll ever see a dime of this money, unless you are able to obtain ownership of the house and are able to sell it.

I suggest you start by reporting this alleged crime to the police department in the city where the thief allegedly committed the crime.

You might also speak with an attorney in the county where the crime allegedly took place and discuss your civil remedies, including how you might obtain ownership to the house.

I would contact a lawyer who you can explain everything to.
