I need to write this down before I forget about it and I also want an ear and voice from you all
Today while i was driving a lady with a red car cut in front of me and almost caused me an accident I was on my way to buy this ionic juice for my sister because she was sick for 5 days. Anyway, she cut in front of me and I honked her real hard because it was a warning that I almost got into an accident. Then she and I made a left turn and she stomp on her breaks real hard causing me to break real hard too again she was trying to cause another accident. I was mad as hell but I still parked nearby so I could get off to get the ionic juice. Important part(As i walk backwards I saw her) then I I cuss at her with the exact words "F-ing B-tch you almost cause me an accident!" then the cop saw me and told me to put my hands behind my back and start searching my body. [The cop believed i was attempting to walk towards her car to attack her] which i wasn't. Then He took my wallet and he took my license out without a haste and he ask if he lady wanted to press charges on me. I was like OMG this can't be worst. The cop would not let me explain and he threatened me if i don't shut up I will be arrested. Hearing that I quietly sat down as told cause i see what cops do to people on tv. Luckily the lady did not want to press charges against me and the cop then threw the wallet at my face. He said i was threatening to physically assault her and he said he will give me a ticket. However, I did not touch her but the cop said he heard "Fucking bitch im coming over to kick your ass" (Mishearing and not letting me explain and physically throwing objects at my face)
The cop said to get in my car and shut off my engine so I did what i was told and rolled down the windows just like he asked. Then while I was trying to find my insurance I couldn't locate it. The insurance was in the car it was just in the envelope with a bunch of others together. I ask the cop if I could call my mom and after I asked my mom where was my insurance he took my phone and told my mom i beat up someone. (Again, I wish i record this he was lying again) Isolated from my mom I could not locate an insurance card and the 2 charges in my ticket was Misuse of Honk and No insurance while the correctable violation was yes on no insurance part. Anyway the cop threaten to arrest me for not signing the ticket so I did what i was told read all the info which the cop was not allowing me to do. After analyzing this while driving back home I realize I was isolated from my phone to have this no insurance charge against me and I get called by the cop as an "idiot" plenty of times.
The only person that saw the cop threw the wallet at my face was the lady which I doubt she will come out as a witness for me.
I did not get a chance to see what the cop wrote for his notes.
My friend was in the car that witness the whole isolation process done by the cop and how the cop lie to my mom about me beating someone. (If i beat up someone shouldn't I be at jail already?)
Also when I ask the cop to say his name and his badge number he said he wrote it all down in the ticket which was a scribble and unreadable.
Anyways would you suggest file a police complaint and abuse of power or should i just go court and prove my insurance to take off the charge and pay off the misuse of honk.
