Insufficient Pest Control

I just moved into my new apartment on October 11th and immediately noticed german roaches in the kitchen that night. I called the office the following morning and they sent their free pest control service guy out monday. They offer pest services every monday. That did not get rid of the roaches and i was constantly killing more of them all week until i sprayed the baseboards and everything on saturday they started coming out of the walls and EVERYWHERE. I think in the period of an hour i killed 30. set off some foggers, still they persisted. I was unable to stay in the apartment for 2 nights because it was so disgusting having them crawling everywhere. i requested they come spray again this past monday and they did, still did not rid of us roaches. What steps do i need to take with the apartment complex as the infestation of roaches continues to be a huge problem and a health concern?

The problem with Apartment living is if you run the roaches off they go to next apartment until its safe again. The Landlord will need to deal with the neighboring Apartments as well or the roaches will return. In meantime lay out some bait traps. I had great deal of success with those when living in apartments
