insurance company will not pay more

Was in a car accident. Not my fault. The other person ran the red light. My car deem total loss. Insurance company only want to pay what my car 06 car is worth. Insurance company says I have until Saturday and I have to return the rental car. Leaving me with no car, no type of transportation or down payment on another vehicle and to top it off no one will even give me a car because this one is still on my credit as active. What do I do? (need money for down payment)

I am assuming that you owe more than the vehicle is worth. Unfortunately that is your problem since you did not purchase "gap" insurance. You took the risk and lost.
