I stopped work -contractor placed intent to lien on property. My property is in a revocable trust. Contract was not in trust name. Contractor breached contract. Can contractor still put lien on property. Can I put property in a land trust or LLC real fast to prevent the lien from being filed. I am 62 on disability.

You don't say where you are (Florida?), and lien laws vary by jurisdiction. But generally the lien is claimed over the property the contractor did work on, not specifically against the owner of the property. On what you've said so far, it probably doesn't matter that the contract wasn't with the legal owner of the property. For the same reason, it probably wouldn't matter if you transferred it. The contractor could still file a lien claim. In addition, you might be held liable for a fraudulent transaction, or trying to defeat your creditors, or something to that effect.
