Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft international student , please help !!!

hello , i'm international student and i'm here only for the sammer i have j1 visa till oktomber 6th,but i change my airplane ticket for september 3th..i have ticket for shoplifting (petty teft)and yesterday i receve a letter and it say that i must pay $325 it's ok , but on september 3th i have a court meeting and this is 3 days before i leave the country... My questions is that : Can they don't let me go back in my country,or put me at the jail and is this will be the last money wich i must to pay...

This letter witch i recerve it's from Kohl's (the store where they catch me) it say "this letter is a demand that you pay $325 in satisfaction of this civil cliaim.This is not an attempt to collect a debit" After i pay this money what will happen at the court , can they don't let me to go back in my country ?

The Civil Demand fine and your criminal case are unrelated. A criminal conviction could have a negative impact on your immigration status so it simportant you talk to a lawyer familar with both criminal and immigration law. Ask about diversion as option in court

Yes jail is an option. They can also revoke your statuts to come into US

but i will go back in my country 3 days after the court meeting how can they stop me ? I'm here only for the sammer on work and travel program my visa is only for 4 month?
