Interpretation of papers

My wife and I are filing a petition for dissolution. The papers we must prepare ask the following question regarding retirement benefits.....That petitioner shall (check one)_____ waive (___pay over) in favor of respondent____ % of all present and future claims to any and all accrued retirement benefits due from: name of employer, etc. This is an uncontested dissolution and neither of us wants to receive any benefits from the other. Do we check the waive box and put zero in the percent box? Seniorjudge...thank you for your response in the other forum, however I am getting different answers from other people and need to get this straight.
