Intimidation....

My 19 year old daughter has made some bad decisions and has been involved with a 34 year old man. She has decided to end the relationship but not soon enough. During their relationship she had allowed him to take multiple comprosmising photos. He is now threatening to post them on the internet, post fliers around her college campus and throughout the city. He is persistently making this threat. We have printed e-mail and recordings of voicemails. Is this considered intimidation, slander,etc...???

That is considered retaliation and blackmailing. Check your state laws to see if these charges are considered criminal and if you will need an attorney to put an end to them. Good luck to you!
