Hello,
I need to know if I can create a kid's water slide game, much like the "slip 'n' slide", without infringing on its patent. I heard if I just change one aspect of the slide, then I wouldn't be in violation, but I'm not sure if this is accurate information. Can anyone please help? Same goes for an idea I had for a waterproof, plastic baseball glove. It's already patented, but I would like the chance to do one that is slightly different. I don't want to step on anyone's toes. Thank you for your time...
