Just wondering...

If someone invoices you for a service they are providing you without your approval, are they breaking the law?

Is the service actually being provided and are you using that service?

I'm being given advertising prior to my approval and then am being invoiced for it.

Tell them you will pay it whenever they send you YOUR written approval.

This is a scam...don't fall for it.

But: Here's the rub: I've already payed the bill. I didn't realize it until it was too late. Now it looks like I've paid for a service that I'm getting. Is there anything I can do? I now know to stop paying the invoices, but...what about my past payments?

If, as you say, you paid for it and you are using the service, there is nothing you can do about it.
