So many questions...and I honestly have NO idea where to start.
Does anyone know of any cases where a cop has filed charges of Sexual Exploitation by a school employee.
The school didn't file, the "student" in the case didn't file and will be the best witness for the defense as there is nothing to the charges.
If anyone knows any cases that are like this one though I would like to read any and all background.
What can hearsay do in a court of law? "I heard blah blah blah and it could be true?" Is that admissable?
