exhusband did not pay our bussiness taxes for 2 years.I makE less than $300 a week and can irs GARNISH MY WAGES?

Yes, the IRS can do much more than attach your wages. However, you could be entitled to "injured spouse relief". I suggest you contact the IRS and inquire about it. They will tell you how to apply for it and perhaps end your pain.
