Is Annullment the right choice

The wife and I are going thru some rought times. She has mention getting a divorce. While researching all the options it came to light that the wife's previous divorce was never finalized. The state still considers her married to her first husband. If this is true, would this constitute and annullment? She currently has moved to Indiana but I am still located in Twentynine Palms, CA. What should I do?

If her previous marriage had not ended then your marriage is void. I suggest yuo do some records searching
