My husband keeps several different accounts and only puts enough money in our joint account to pay bills. He inherited about 60,000 dollars from his mom's estate and bought CDs with half of it but I have no information on the CDs even with us being married. He also gets retirement from the Navy and keeps it in a separate account. I know he uses the money for things that aren't appropriate and also gives the ex money at least one month out of the year every year even though the kids are in their late 20s and don't live at home anymore. He does this behind my back and at the same time tells me not to be spending any extra money because the money is tight when I know he has thousands in his other accounts. Can I sue him for hiding the money or sue her for the money he has given her benhind my back?

Your husband can do what he wants with his money. Have you even filed for divorce yet? You will have to see an attorney and he should have to declare all the assetts. Depending on how long you have been married and your incomes, will determine any alimony. Inheritance is usually seperate and not community property.
