Hello,
I live in King Country, WA State. Is it legal to plant poppies in your garden? I have looked at the WA state law/gov web sites and they are completely unusable to the normal person who has no law training/education. I can't find anything even remotely related to what I am looking for.
I know it's illegal to eat/consume poppies, but it is legal to simply plant them in your garden?
I have not planted any, I am waiting to find out what the law is as everyone I talk to seems to think differently.
