Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Is it possible I may not have to go to court for petty larceny?

I was caught stealing.
I paid civil demand after speaking with a lawyer.
I have not heard from court.

I'm in the same boat as you, only I'm not a minor. Relax, you'll be fine! Consider this a learning experience and know that if you do it again, things could be a lot worse. Don't stress out too much

It is very possible. Time will tell. Many jurisdictions would not waste time with prosecution if the matter has been resolved civilly.
