Hello,

I worked for premier communications in 2004/2005. I found out 2 months ago from a fellow technician that I worked with that there was a lawsuit brought against this company in 2007.

I didn't receive notification about this lawsuit and am curious if it's too late as of now to try and get the compensation other technicians received.

I'm aware I could contact the law offices stated in the lawsuit, but I would like to know if that's even worth following through on.

The lawsuit .pdf can be found with a search of "premier communications lawsuit" since I can't list the address here because I'm new here.

Thank You

Did you not read the pdf yourself? It clearly stipulates, "The signed Consent to Join Form must be postmarked by May 7, 2007. If your signed Consent to Join Form is not postmarked by May 7, 2007, you will not participate in any recovery obtained against Defendants in this lawsuit."

I would say that tells you are two years too late.
