Im pregnant and the father of my child wants to move in with me and my family my parents are leting him live with us but his dad doesnt wants him to move in with me he is haveing a lot of problems at his parents house main questions is can he move in with me with out problems with the law?

Short answer: No, not without his parents' permission.

I have found that parents don't like legal troubles brought on by other people's children. If your parents truly are willing to allow him to stay they will change their minds very soon.

No, not at age 17 without his parents' permission. When he is 18, he can leave home without parental permission.

If BOTH sets of parents agree, yes. If EITHER set of parents does not agree, no.

It seems in this case OP's parents are allowing it (or so she says) though that may not be such a good idea. However, still cannot move in at his age without his parents allowing it.
